You can join the Alzheimer’s registry if you are between 18-95 years AND

You do not think that you are suffering from depression OR
You were diagnosed as suffering from depression or other psychiatric condition and you are being optimally treated, and belong to one of the following groups:

  1. Experience Subjective Cognitive Impairment:
    Have the feeling that your thinking abilities deteriorate, especially your memory BUT

  1. this complaint was not verified by standard evaluations (you were evaluated by a physician or a neuropsychologist and your test results came out within average) OR
  2. you have not been evaluated by a professional but, as far as you know, your spouse/children/close family and friends are not aware of any changes in your cognitive abilities
  1. Experience Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)
  1. You have the feeling that your thinking abilities deteriorate, especially your memory and you were diagnosed by a physician (a neurologist or a psychiatrist) as suffering from MCI OR
  2. You have the feeling that your thinking abilities deteriorate, especially your memory and you were not diagnosed by a physician
  1. You are a care-giver filling out the registry for an Alzheimer’s patient
